Hello world! This is my website, that I periodically update that serves as a portfolio, as well as a general hub of my interests, past-projects, and general thoughts. Whether I post programs I've made, reviews, or games, really this website is just a spliced up collage of ideas I've had over the years. Some of the projects aren't just grown using the fruits of my labor, some are also collaborations between me and my friends and other people I've had the pleasure of working with. I hope to expand this website to cover more topics, also just in general try to make it look better. This website is an ongoing project and will expand and improve as the years go on. Additionally, below is a link to my upwork account where I freelance as a software engineer and tutor in case anything catches your eye and you'd think about working with me.

Programs

Programming, despite being a heavily logic-oriented field, is almost akin to magic. Think about it. We've created machines capable of billions of calculations per second, interacting with the world around them in newfound ways, and can command these machines using spells that take the form of codes. When you romanticize it, hardware is the magic "item"; the magic wand; the warlock's staff, and software is the magic spell, the incantation that carries out the wizard's will. Obviously this is a grossly over-romanticized depiction of what can generously be boiled down to sitting at a desk for 8 hours, but it's a depiction that I adore. Here you'll find some of my spells and projects that include a wide range of technologies including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, Arduino, JavaScript and web development, and fullstack development

Reviews

Books, movies, video games, any form of media really (or otherwise). Everyone has their thoughts and opinions on the things they read, watch and play. Under "Reviews", you'll be able to find a variety of well, reviews on a plethora of media (and otherwise). I'm working on adding a comment system so users can share their thoughts on opinions as well, although uh, that's a major work in progress

Games

Games are among the most exciting applications of programming. Not least because they involve so many unspoken skills. It's not just graphics programming, but game theory, traditional art, music, sound design, writing. Game development is far more complex than you'd expect, but it's also among the most rewarding undertakings as you get to watch entire worlds come to life. The games featured so far aren't anything too crazy, but you can find a fighting game, ye ol' chess, and a 15 puzzle with hopefully more on the way!
